Hi there, I’m Allie!
Three Oaks was born in May 2020 when my younger sister suddenly passed away from necrotizing fasciitis. I realized life was short and can change in an instant and I wanted to live my life on my terms. Except.. that’s not exactly what happened at first. I made all the rookie mistakes - taking the wrong clients, underpricing and over-delivering.
After working with a few creative clients I realized I absolutely loved the creative space. Everyone was so kind, fun, and easy to work with. The more creative clients I started working with, I realized there was a huge need for conversations + support around profitability in the creative space. So many creatives were struggling with pricing their services + offers, understanding how to pay themselves, and how to afford to grow their business in a sustainable way.

I will read almost anything; I was totally the kid reading the cereal box at the breakfast table. However, The Nightingale by Kristen Hannah is probably my favorite book of all time.
